The Friends of Poltimore met on the evening of 18th October 2022.
Nick reported on the progress of Poltimore in Bloom … We are moving ahead vigorously! … a few supporters signed up at the coffee morning and we will step up publicity around the village so that everyone knows about what we are doing.
There was a general discussion of things we can do but to clarify our actions. A sub group will meet on Sunday and walk/drive around the village between the Balls and the Bowls to agree focus points that can be turned into an action plan and can be roughly priced so that fundraising targets can be set. A range of ‘before’ pictures need to be taken.
Matt agreed to set up a website and email address so that we can involve the village community. Article to be prepared and put into the Forum and onto Poltimore News
