Pricing

Hire charge : £15 per hour

Bar Service
For functions requiring bar services these are paid directly to the staff on the day, £12 each per hour with a minimum of two servers for the event.

A non-refundable deposit of £30 is required to secure an available booking date and time. In the event that the date requested is unavailable, a deposit refund can be arranged.

Indemnity clause

I the undersigned, indemnify Poltimore Village Hall Committee against any loss, damage or breakages that may occur during the time that I have booked. I am aware of the procedures if a fire occurs, the location of the Fire Exits, and the Fire Extinguishers and will ensure that all other users are aware of these facts. I take full responsibility for anyone under the age of 18 who uses the Hall during the time I have booked. I will ensure that all tables, chairs and other equipment are put away neatly and the Hall is left in a clean and tidy condition. All lighting to be turned off prior to the hall being vacated, and I will ensure that the last person to leave will secure the doors and return the keys. If the Bar facilities are not required, corkage will be charged on alcohol brought onto the premises.
